The Villa or Palazzo, as it has always been known, is situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Soffratta and dates back to the 1800s.  It was originally an astronomical observatory, then became the village school after the war. After it became a family home until the present day. The heirs to the paternal business opened up the Locanda Al Cavaliere farm stay.

Passion and history are bound to the land, where they rear animals in a natural habitat with love and care. The kitchen garden and its products have always been used to source the flavours of traditional cuisine geared to healthy eating.

In the nearby countryside dairy cattle, hens, pigs and turkeys are reared in scrupulous adherence to rural tradition.
